Minaar's Worry bugged ?
I just did this quest twice and both times the Ore Darkwhip did not drop the war plans. I was doing the quest with henchmen but I don't think it was the henchmen problem since I did this quest with another character before. So is this quest bugged? I did a search and seems like some other players had the same problem that I'm experincing now.

Unfortunately it's one of THOSE quests where the quest item isn't flagged properly to be only available to PC's. So yeah it's quite probably that the henches ended up with the item unfortunately.

Another quest with this problem is the one from Fishermen's Haven, definitely one of the most bugged quests around. If you do it with henchies, the item may end up with one of them so you can't complete. If you do it with PCs, only one person gets to complete it.
